Niko has owned Waterside Dental Practice since 2017, after three years here as an associate dentist. He qualified in Athens in 2005 and moved to the UK in 2006.
He enjoys all sides of general dentistry, and has a particular interest in root canal treatment. In 2016 he completed a Master's Degree in Endodontic Practice at Queen Mary University of London. Other dentists refer their trickier root canal cases to him, which he treats under a microscope so he can see the fine detail clearly.
Niko believes a trip to the dentist does not have to be unpleasant or frightening. Putting nervous patients at ease is the part of the job he cares about most, and it is the thing patients mention again and again.
